Noted environmentalist Samara Swanston, counsel for the New York City Council Committee on Environmental Protection, appears in 'Gasland,' the HBO documentary on hydraulic fracturing. Ms. Swanston appears in a scene with James Gennaro, Chairman of the New York City Council Committee on Environmental Protection.
